Mount St. Mary’s- Naming Rights Valuation
Mount St. Mary’s University engaged Collegiate Sports Management Group (CSMG) to assess the value of naming rights opportunities for its basketball arena, including valuation ranges, term considerations, and brand integration strategy.
We collaborated with Mount St. Mary’s to evaluate attendance, venue visibility, and brand exposure across game-day, broadcast, and digital environments, while benchmarking against peer institutions and comparable Division I arena naming rights deals.
CSMG then delivered a comprehensive, data-driven naming rights valuation using a multi-methodology approach inclusive of audience-based valuation, market comparables, and asset-level analysis to support pricing strategy and partner discussions.
