UNCW-Sponsorship Valuation/Packaging
UNCW engaged Collegiate Sports Management Group (CSMG) to assess the value of its full sponsorship asset portfolio across athletics, including inventory valuation, asset prioritization, and packaging strategy.
We collaborated with UNCW to analyze audience reach, media exposure, and on-site visibility across key assets, while benchmarking against peer institutions and comparable sponsorship deals.
CSMG then delivered a comprehensive sponsorship valuation and packaging framework using a multi-methodology approach inclusive of impressions-based valuation, market comparables, and asset-level analysis to support sales strategy and partner discussions.
