Pioneer Baseball League- Sponsorship Valuation

The Pioneer Baseball League, an independent professional MLB Partner League, engaged Collegiate Sports Management Group (CSMG) to assess the value of its full sponsorship asset portfolio across the league, including inventory valuation, asset prioritization, and packaging strategy.

We collaborated with the Pioneer League to evaluate attendance, media exposure, and on-site visibility across teams and markets in Montana, Colorado, Idaho, and Utah, while benchmarking against peer professional baseball leagues and comparable sponsorship deals.

CSMG then delivered a comprehensive, data-driven sponsorship valuation using a multi-methodology approach inclusive of impressions-based valuation, market comparables, and asset-level analysis to support league-wide sales strategy and partner discussions.
